Hiring International Talent in the Netherlands

Expanding your business in the Netherlands comes with certain challenges. If you would like to employ international talent in the Netherlands, there are several requirements you should meet, such as:

  • A Dutch entity
  • A Recognised Sponsorship towards the Dutch Immigration Authorities

If your company does not meet this criteria (yet), you could make use of an Employer of Record solution, a three party agreement referred to as International Payrolling.
If you would like to employ international talent through an Employer of Record solution, please make sure the third party acts compliant with Dutch (employment) law and that this third party is SNA accredited.

  • you are being compliant with Dutch (employment) law
  • tax-obligations are followed if the Employer of Record is SNA accredited
