Da Vinci College ISK
Schoolgroup Leonardo Da Vinci offers language classes for international students who want to enroll in Dutch education.
The main goal of the ISK is to transfer children between the ages of 12 and 18 to further education, such as: vwo, havo, mbo, vmbo and practical education. Every college is based somewhere different and focuses on something different as well - from vmbo to Technasium (vwo and havo) - but all offer Dutch-taught education. There are 15 children per class.
When the students start, they receive 18 hours of NT2 (Dutch as a second language). The subject package also consists of maths, drawing, technology, social skills and sports. Later on, ISK offers the students subjects that are in line with secondary education. Pupils receive subjects such as physics, chemistry, (Cambridge) English and career orientation.
