Volunteering Event Incluzio Leiden
The entire month of September is Volunteer Month in the StadsKamer (Nieuwstraat 7). Every Wednesday and Saturday afternoon from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM you are cordially invited to drop by and get to know more than 30 volunteer organizations from Leiden.
What can you expect:
- A festive opening on Wednesday 4 September at 2 p.m. with councillor Julius Terpstra
- A mega vacancy wall and a beautiful photo exhibition of volunteers in action
- Every day there are different organizations present to provide you with information, fun demos and to show you what being a volunteer really means
- There are also volunteer coaches for an introductory meeting, advice and to help you find your way around.
- Every Saturday we focus on a theme, such as music during Pride, an exhibition during the Art Route, a cozy neighborhood lunch during Neighborhood Day and we do something special on Open Monument Day
- We also provide a pleasant atmosphere, music and delicious pancakes every day provided by Stadslab
