This free, hands-on training session is designed to empower people who performs HR-related tasks and experts to navigate the complexities of AI while mitigating biases in the workplace, especially in the hiring process.   Why this program is essential for people performing HR-related task: AI is transforming the workplace, but its potential to perpetuate biases—whether gender, race, or socio-economic status—requires careful attention.
