International business activities, business travel and cross-border employment have become part and parcel of the dynamic HR world. International mobility also means that you have to deal with rules and legislation from other countries. This brings unique challenges and questions along.

Do you have a foreign employee coming to work in the Netherlands? If so, you may need to apply for a work permit. When do you need a work permit? What are the risks if you do not have the necessary permits/paperwork in place?
