Navigating the Dutch healthcare system can be challenging, especially if you are new to the country. To help you better understand how it works, Leiden University and Leiden International Centre are organizing a special event titled "Healthcare in the Netherlands" on Tuesday, October 8th.

The session will take place at the Faculty Club in Leiden University's Academy Building, Rapenburg 73. Doors open at 14:30, with the event running from 15:00 to 16:30. This informative session will cover the essential aspects of Dutch healthcare, including how the system operates, how to select an insurance provider, and the various options available when taking out Dutch health insurance.

An expert from Zorgverzekeringslijn, an organization that offers tips and advice on navigating the Dutch healthcare insurance system, will be present to provide insights and answer any questions you may have.

Registration is required to attend the event. Please reserve your spot by completing the registration form available online. Don’t miss this opportunity to get all your questions answered and gain a clear understanding of how healthcare in the Netherlands works.
