Successful Meet&Mingle edition at Museum Voorschoten!
On October 6th, Expat Centre Leiden's monthly Meet&Mingle took place in cooperation with the Museum Voorschoten and the Municipality of Voorschoten.
The Chairman of the Museum Hans Rasch welcomed all particpants to the museum, and told them more about the museum, the history of Voorschoten and all kinds of cultural activities that take place in the village.
This was followed by a talk by alderman Paul de Bruijn, who informed the internationals about Voorschoten, what a beautiful village it is to live in and visit, and the importance of having internationals as part of the local community.

Participants received a Voorschoten themed goodie bag at the end of the Meet&Mingle. This bag was filled with vouchers by entrepreneurs in Voorschoten, such as Japanese restaurant Otori (who also provided the snacks for the night!), a bakery and cosmetics shop, as well as some gadgets by the Municipality of Voorschoten, walking routes, cultural information about Voorschoten, and more information on leisure in the Leiden region, such as the Leiden City Guide.
