The purpose of this study is to measure how the municipality of Leiden can improve its communication and help internationals feel more at home in the city.
The study aims to understand how well-informed internationals are about the different events, projects and activities taking place in the city and how much they are getting involved. The study also intends to get an idea about the challenges and barriers that internationals face when trying to be a part of the community, learn the language and socialize with local residents.
Regarding the municipality's communication, do you think its language use is inclusive? Is there sufficient communication in English? Does it promote diversity and inclusion?
