Empowering Diverse Talent for the Future of Tech Careers
Our Approach: Holistic Skilling for Success
At BlockVerse, we emphasize a holistic approach to learning, encompassing both technical and behavioral skills. Our training model includes cohort-based, live instructorled classes that are delivered virtually, making it accessible to learners across multiple regions, including the Netherlands, South Africa, and India. In addition to technical skills, we conduct in-person workshops focused on behavioral competencies, ensuring that our graduates are prepared not only to enter but to thrive in professional environments.
What We Offer
BlockVerse Institute provides training in some of today’s most sought-after skills, such as Cybersecurity, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Python for AI. Our programs don’t just stop at technical training; we emphasize soft skills—communication, teamwork, adaptability—vital for excelling in any professional environment. This dual approach ensures that our graduates are not only technically skilled but also workplace-ready, giving them an edge in today’s competitive job market.
Empowering Women and Diverse Talent
A key focus of our work is empowering women returning to tech careers. Through dedicated programs, we support them with targeted training, from resume-building and career-gap analysis to technology upskilling and soft-skills development. Our goal is to enable these talented individuals to re-enter the workforce with confidence and competence, helping them find meaningful roles in technology fields.
Global Reach, Local Impact
Operating in the Netherlands, South Africa, and India, BlockVerse Institute has skilled nearly 120 women to date in fields such as AI, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and blockchain, with close to 50% of these women successfully placed in relevant tech roles. Our efforts have gained recognition from major organizations, including backing from the Dutch Enterprise Agency (RVO) and partnerships with global leaders like Google, Deloitte, and AnitaB.Org, (organizers of the Grace Hopper Celebration), have been instrumental in creating a supportive ecosystem for women-focused communities.
