90-Day Limit for British Nationals

When British nationals are coming to visit you in the Netherlands, they don’t need a visa to enter the Netherlands nor they need a visa to visit other Schengen countries (apart from current COVID-19 travel restrictions) for up to 90 days in any 180-day period.

Should your visitor(s) wish to stay longer and/or consider to start working in the Netherlands the immigration rules do apply and as a result a residence permit, fitting their purpose of stay, has to be applied for.
